Hi .. need to understand which sandbox lab shall we use for testing. We have to do the CTI integration with CUCM 9.1.
Also what should we used for development tapi32.dll / CISCO TSP? do we need TSP if we are using sandbox lab for testing?

If you like, we can have a quick webex to look at the issue if you see it during you next reservation. I see your current reservation has ended.

Hi,
Once you have connected a full tunnel using the Anyconnect VPN client, you browse directly to the servers using the following links
http://10.10.20.1 (Publisher)
http://10.10.20.2 (subscriber)
https://10.10.20.17 (Presence)

Which one shall i use to configure the devices and TSP user? Is it publisher, subscriber or Presence?

Publisher

Where can i find the IP address of CTI manager. I have got the lab address - devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com/rave03
and not any IP address.
ā03-01-2016 03:46 AM
CTI Manager IP address is the same as the Publisher, 10.10.20.1. The CTI manager is running on that server.

Thanks Joseph!
I can see the CISCO lines and can monitor using TAPI phone dialer.
But when i am dialing the number i can see the resource unavailable message.
ā03-01-2016 04:36 AM
Where are you seeing that message? can you send a screen shot?

Hi,
I am going to try and set up the scenario on this side. Where did you download the TAPI phone dialer from?
