When I try to login any Agent on Finesse desktop
Agent Login ID | Agent Password | Agent Extension |
Agent001 | ciscopsdt | 6001 |
Shows the next error dialog
I try to register a Cisco Comunicator IP softphone, the error continue.

Hello Oscar,
Thanks for posting your question! You will generally see this error when (as you guessed) there's not a device registered to the endpoint. In this lab we have pre-configured agents with associated Jabber accounts as associated devices! You will need to log into a jabber account for this to work.
The jabber credentials should be the same as the agent:
UN: Agent001@abc.inc
PW: ciscopsdt
