Hi,
We've had an active lab for a while now and this morning have been unable to access some of the servers. The VPN is active and connected but when trying to remove onto the machines the connection is refused.

Hi,
My username is dave_veevers_5@hotmail.com and the lab type is "Packaged Contact Center Enterprise Lab".
The lab has been extended and I Can connect via VPN but I am unable to RDP onto the machines.

Unfortunately your PCCE lab became corrupt and multiple VMs failed. You'll need to cancel your current reservation and create a new one.
