Hello, I have trouble starting any lab in the past 2 days. It is always stuck with an error.

I think....Cisco has been switcing to a new sandbox platform and it will take a few days to reach a steady state.

Is this the always on or the reservable version of IOS XE on Cat8kv?

This one was the reservable version but the Always on version didn't work either.
