Hi, I have tried to reserve an instance of the Unified Contact Center Express 11.5 sandbox this morning and each time it was activated with the status ACTIVE (WITH ERROR). It seemed to be stuck at that point and I had to End the Reservation as no credentials were sent. Please help resolving the issue.

Hi Oleg,
I think I've identified and corrected the issue. A VM was in an improper state. Can you retry your reservation and confirm that it works now?

Hi, I'm still getting an error reserving a machine for UCCX 11.5. I got following output corresponding to setup command. Don't think it'd help to debug.

Beginning reservation setupPreparing connectivityApps deployment startedApps are being discovered...Connecting all appsApps are powering on...Waiting for apps IP addresses, this may take a while...

Can you provide the username and email address that your using to create the lab? I'm not seeing a current UCCX 11.5 lab running associated with your name. We can try to determine the failure reason.
