unable to access APIC 10.10.20.42

hello guys,

I have ACI Hardware lab reservation. I could connect successfully to Cisco network using Cisco VPN client. But I am unable to access the APIC server 10.10.20.42 neither through HTTPS nor through SSH. Could you please help?

The APIC Controller is unable to respond to SSH/HTTPS, please can you support this request.
