Unified Contact Center Express 12.5 sandbox lab

I notice when using this lab I am unable to go to scrtipt management is this by designed or is there something wrong with the lab? If by design is there a lab that allows script management?

I've gotten access to Scripts management on this sandbox:

Unified Contact Center Express 12.5-SU1

Also found in the sandbox catalog.

1. Reserve the sandbox

2. Join the VPN

3. Navigate to UCCX box via GUI

4. Login with credentials

5. Navigate to Applications -> Script Management

I will go back and check this functionality on the original sandbox as well.

I was never able to see what you see the page would just load text so I started troubleshooting and taking a look at the services I notice the service wasnt running properly. So I then tried to restart the service which didnt work so I then restarted the UCCX server and services started working as normal now.

I checked the services notice they were not started completely
