VPN Credentials not being received for permitted users

Hi,

I have created a new Collaboration 12.0 devnet sandbox with 2 other users added as permitted users. However, after the setup is complete, it is only me (the owner) who receives the VPN credentials.

When I check the output it mentions that it created my VPN user and emailed my credentials but it doesn't say the same for any of the other permitted users.

Would it be possible to have the other users added to the sandbox so that they can get their VPN credentials and log in?

Hi Niall,

The "permitted user" feature is not working well this moment.

We have created additional 5 VPN users for your co-workers. The credential email was sent to you by email.
