Hi

I've reserved lab yesterday and it's my second one, after I've got connection mail, I've tried but didn't go well, I've tried today many times and it's same issue.

I'm using Ubuntu linux with openconnect

VPN service unavailable; reason: No assigned address

can you help me to fix it?

Happy to take a look. Can you share your vpn connection info, including the port number.

Also, what type of sandbox?

Hank

Hi Hank

Lab is  NX-OS with Nexus 9Kv a screenshot attached contains vpn details.

it's from my Ubuntu machine using openconnect!

Many thank

any help!!

Sorry for the delay Majd.

I just took a look and the lab pod specified in the screenshot (port 20201) isn't assigned to a reservation for you any longer.  Each time a reservations starts/stops the pods are cleared and made available for the next user.  Do you have an active reservation now where you are having this same error?

Hank

Hi Hank,

i'm currently expirencing the same issue with ubuntu/openconnect.

and it will expiries into 4 hours.

Could you have a look?

Hello Fabio, currently there is no active reservation based on your username, Fabio.mcro. Would it be possible to initiate a new version, so that we can verify connectivity?

Thank you

Hi eublack,

i've resolved two hours after using the GUI instead of the ubuntu cli (maybe i was using wrong parameters with the cli command).

Thanks anyway,

Fabio

Got the same error message today, both with Openconnect and Anyconnect on Linux Mint and on Anyconnect on Windows. In my case, resolved it by clicking on the VM and selecting Commands. This opened the Resource Commands side window. There was a section in there called Uncategorized and it included AutoLoad. According to the description in there, this is meant to provision the VM to the correct default state. Triggered this, waited a couple of minutes for it to finish and was then able to connect. Just putting it here in case someone runs into the same issue.

hi

I am having the same issue.

My understanding you fixed vpn connection issue via GUI right ? Can you elaborate what you mean by you clicked on VM ? I am using CENTOS 7 and trying to do it via CLI

sudo openconnect -b .....

and constantly getting no ip adress assigned error

well, I fixed it after cancelling the current reservation and establishing a new one.

I exactly followed whta I hav e done but somehow it worked this time

Ive had same issue randomly via Linux work station after initially working for hours then disco and trying to reconnect to lab it never reconnects or it happens to me  just now starting a new lab I get this message just now

, only way I have  resolved was making a new reservation as well...

anyway to not make a new lab to get this to work?
