Was the REST API supported in Cisco Contact Center Enterprise 10.5 and is there a 10.5 Sandbox?

I would like to check compatibility of a REST client that works with PCCE 11.5 against a Contact Center Enterprise 10.5 server.

Was the REST API supported in CCE 10.5?

Is there a Sandbox with CCE 10.5 (PCCE or UCCE)?

Hi Rick,

Sorry but we don't have a CCE 10.5 Sandbox.  We have UCCE 9.1 and PCCE 11.5.

CCE 10.5 and 9.1 include Finesse REST API

If you need to obtain a 10.5 lab, if your organization is a member of the Cisco Solutions Partner Program, then you should be able to purchase any needed software/support via the partner discount program: https://developer.cisco.com/site/collaboration/labs/  (note not available as part of the Collaboration NFR Bundle mentioned at that link, see the NFR Discount Program)
