Emulate Cisco Switch in Vmware

Hello,

Is it possible to emulate/run a Cisco Switch in Vmware workstation for example ? I know I can run the router Catalyst 8000v.

I would like the same but with a switch. The purpose is to practice and test networks with switches,routers,FWs ,etc.

PS: I can not use GNS3 or similar

Now sure what switch, but Cat 9K virtual is available for testing.

where can I find this image to download? Can you tell me more because I did not find it in cisco to get it.

Is it an .ova file?  Would I have all the features of a catalyst 9k switch?
