Apple Watch Series 2 not receiving push notifications anymore

Does anyone have this older Apple Watch and have Duo push notifications working? I noticed that they quit working awhile ago and am trying to see if there is a fix. I have watchOS 6.3 which is the latest update for the watch installed. I can receive phone calls through the watch, it's just Duo that isn't working. Do I have to buy a new watch to get Duo to work again?

@chown hi, as per below links, it should be compatible. if you did OS upgrade recently, try reinstall app in watch. also check the notification permissions for duo app.
