I noticed the Action "add footer" now will displayed as "Add Disclaimer Text" in the content filters.

Are there any changes in functionality around disclaimers/footers, like 'detection if such a text already exists'in the mail' or plaintext-/HTML-detection?

The disclaimer functionality stays unchanged with regard to detecting an existing disclaimer and distinguishing between plain text and html messages.
