I have received below Warning message and would like to know what actions needs to take further? Thank you!
The Warning message is:
A RAID-event has occurred:
(0x0002/FATAL) - Reassign write operaiton failed on PD 05(e0x20/s5) at 121f05d
(0x0002/WARN) - Error on PD 05(e0x20/s5) (Error 02)
(0x0002/info) - State change on PD 05(e0x20/s5) from ONLINE(18) to FAILED(11)
(0x0001/CRIT) - VD 00/0 is now DEGRADED

A hard drive failed. Call TAC...

A RMA would be needed for the failed drive.
Please ensure the appliance is within hardware support contract and open a TAC case with the output for command "version" or "ipcheck" and the shipping information in the below format for the RMA.

Hello,
When a RAID array goes into a DEGRADED mode, it means one of the HDD has failed. We recommend opening a case with Cisco TAC to RMA and replacement for the failed drive.
