Can aliases be made between different domains?

Can I see the license consumption you are consuming?

1. If you're licensed for 100, and you add 100 more you should get more seats
2. Yes, though you don't really have to... you can deliver to the backend mail systems directly as appropriate. What are the backend systems? What's the use case?
3. There isn't a way to see what you're consuming... You should look at how many email addresses that are PEOPLE that you're protecting.
