Hello,
Is it possible to backup the quarantine and report data from SMA Physical appliance to SMA virtual appliance?
The Physical SMA could be the primary appliance and the virtual SMA could be the backup appliance.
Thanks!

Yes. Backup can be done for reports and other data from a physical to a virtual appliance and the other way around as well.
You would just need to ensure all other criteria are met.
AsyncOS version
Target appliance on the network
Communication between source and target appliances
Target appliance must not be in service
Appliance capacity
Multiple, concurrent, and chained backups
Please refer to the SMA end user guide for additional details.

Hello,
You'll still be limited, but you'll probably want to go with the M600V since it has the most disk space.
Thanks!

Hello,
Which virtual SMA should I chose If I would like to create a backup from an M390 appliance?
The disk capacity of the M390 is 3,6 TB but an SMA300v can use 1024 GB disk space.
Thanks!
