C10 update support

just wanna ask if what are the available updates that C10 can still have.

does the support already stopped? or cut off? up to what version.

Hello Kira_yamato,

I think I can remember the announcement that the C10 was the first device that could no longer coop with the regular system updates and was depreciated. if I'm right that was somewhere around the introduction of AsyncOS 6.x.x.

If you want to know for sure, just raise a support call. (And publish the answer you receive from them on the forum) :-)
