C190 don't power on when power loss

hello, my old C170 automatically power on after a power loss, but not the new C190.

we have unstable power there, is there a way to setup it?

Connect the console cable and check what is the status of the device.

I have connect monitor, keyboard to the c190, in the bios, there is no parameter to power loss:

not sure if i get this right, you looking why not booting, we are seeing BIOS Settings here, what is the issue does it show any error  ?

Ok. That post was from 2015... and 170s are UCS, aren't they?

Might be time to open a TAC case...
