Cannot be scanned by CASE. The message is either malformed or CASE is unable to process it at the moment

We are continuously receiving the below Alert from the Cisco ESA, also noticed that there will be an attachment in every email for which ESA throws the below Error.

cannot be scanned by CASE. The message is either malformed or CASE is unable to process it at the moment.

Version: 10.0.2-020
Please let know what action need to be taken from the ESA to resolve this.

Hi Vishnu,

If you are seeing these alerts multiple times it could either be due to corrupt attachments or an issue with the anti-spam scanning engine.

To confirm its not an issue with the anti-spam scanning engine I would recommend opening a service request with TAC so that they can investigate through a remote access to the appliance.
