Cisco ESA C195 PAK vs Contract expiration date

Hello,

We have a Cisco ESA C195 that has a PAK Smart Contract for Premium Bundle set to expire 12-31-2022 and a Subscription and Services Contract expiration of 12-31-2021. We are trying to get a renewal from our Cisco partner but there are some delays.

What will happen on 1-1-2022? Will the ESA continue to filter our emails?

It should keep delivering mail, but the various subscription filters won't work.

You ought to get your Cisco rep on the phone and get a temporary license to get you through the VARs delays

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll reach out to our Cisco Rep and get a demo or temp license started in case we don't get our new license in time.
