Cisco ESA Spam Quarantine not working

Hello,
I have a weird problem with Cisco ESA C195 running AsyncOS 14.2.2-004.
I have configured two IP Interfaces; Inside(name:mx01.user.com) and Outside(name:mx02.user.com). Outside interface is configured as default interface for Spam Quarantine(Photo no.1), and Inside doesn't have any configuration for Spam Quarantine(photo no.2).
When I go to Monitor -> Spam Quarantine, login screen looks like there is something wrong with HTML/CSS(photo no.3). After I enter my credentials, I am sometimes redirected to https://mx02.user.com:83, and sometimes to https://mx01.user.com:83. When I am redirected to mx01, my browser(Mozilla) says: "This page isn't redirecting properly"(photo no.4). When I am redirected to mx02, I get the search page but it doesn't work; whatever I click, nothing happens. Looks like badly designed web-page from 1997.(Photo no.5). I don't see anything unusual in the logs.
Do you have any idea what could cause this problem? Before I try to upgrade the device...

I'd start with an incognito/private session or clear cookies and cache.

It does feel like the CSS isn't getting downloaded.

it was a DNS issue. There were multiple DNS records for the same IP.
