Hi Fahad,
There is no easy way to just block the words from a message. I believe you want to block whole message if that contains one of the words from list.
If thats the case, there are multiple ways of achieving it. The optimal way is to have a new dictionary created under:
GUI -> Mail Policies -> Dictionaries
Just add one string/word per entry.
Once done, go to:
- GUI -> Mail Policies -> Incoming Content Filters
- Create a new filter with two separate conditions. First one would be "Body or Attachment" and second would be "Subject Header". Chose the new dictionary for both conditions.
- Create desired action for this filter
- Enable this filter in the relate Incoming Mail Policies.
- Commit and TEST
