Comment in Recipient Access Table (RAT)

Good Afternoon,

We use the Recipient Access Table (RAT) for allowing email into our users.  We have a file that we make changes to and upload when we make changes.  Is there a way to put a comment into this file?  We use the current format of:

EmailAddress  ACCEPT

We would like to have:

EmailAddress  ACCEPT  Comment

Any help/information is appreciated.

There are no comments in RAT
Perform separate Commits and use the Commit comment. 
Or
Get RAT to accept the domain, then use LDAP Accept to handle the recipient.
Use change control when updating the LDAP directory.
