Hi!
I am following this document to configure outgoing email from O365 to CES - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/cloud-email-security/214812-configuring-office-365-microsoft-with.html#anc8
Is there something I am missing about the Outgoing Listener?
I only have one listener configured in our CES(Incoming Listener) configured on Data1 interface, and it's not possible for me to configure one more listener on that interface with the same port.
I tried to use the incoming listener, and that works. But when it's configured like that, it is using the same Sender Group as the incoming emails, which makes it hard for me to configure a separate Mail Flow Policy, right?
Thoughts on licenses We are having the "Cisco Email Security Premium" license which should include both inbound and outbound protection.
Is there any technical differences between "Cisco Email Security Premium" and "Office 365 Cisco Email Security Premium"? We are full O365, nothing on-prem, is there possible that we are using the wrong license for this?
Regards Johan

Hi Johan,
You can open a TAC case to further get guidance to create another listener on the CES. They will be able to allocate another interface for you so that you can create outgoing listener on the CES device also map to the office 365 MX.
