DMARC Non compliant

Dear all could you please tell me what is the meaning of this(please see attachment)? I got DMARC report and i analyzed it using  https://easydmarc.com/ . Is there something wrong?

Hello ,

From the screenshot shared, it seems that the domain for which you are testing DMARC verification is failing since the SPF and DKIM verification both are failing. Hence, in order to get the results to pass you need to define SPF and DKIM records in your DNS which are published globally.
