Email Desclaimer on ESA

I have worked on the configuration of ESA to add a disclaimer on all inbound email that states the following:

[CAUTION] This email originated from outside of the exemple.com domain. Do not click on any links or open any attachments unless you trust the sender and know the content is safe.

The configuration done is using incoming content filter and and incoming mail policy

Is there any way to only add the disclaimer the first time the email is received and a not on every single email trend?

Create a condition in the filter so this only applies to messages that don't have the text of the disclaimer in the body.

What ends up happening is you get one copy in a thread of back and forth emails.
