Hello,
When a message goes to quarantine and notify action is enforced, we face a very strange behavior on ESA.
The automated message, generated by ESA, notifies the recipients that the mail has been quarantined but do not include the recipient mail/name on the mail body. Tracing these messages did not reveal any useful/helpful information.
As far as I know, there are no known bugs that excuse this behavior.
Did anyone run into the same problem? Does anyone know what steps should I take to troubleshoot it further?
The content filter that employs the notify action is properly configured, since this behavior is observed on a constant basis but not always, there are times that on the automated message, the recipient is shown, as it was expected.
Note that we have configured multiple quarantines and this glitch occur without distinction.
Thanks in advance for your valuable help.

Hey Meb,
This is an intriguing one;
can i ask to see the following:
1) Message tracking (truncate all your important information for privacy)
2) content filter rule
3) a screenshot of the body in question.
Typically notify will and should populate the recipient address of the one to be notified.
Thanks,
Mathew
