Hello,

One of our clients is getting rejected by iphmx.com - they have an on prem exchange server, are not on any black lists, and everything checks out on their end; its only mail going through the iphmx filter that are an issue, so it affects anyone using that filter. I have done some searching and see others with my exact issue but no real solution.

esa2.hc5949-83.iphmx.com gave this error:
#5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected

Is there an online tool I can use to whitelist them or figure this out?

Start with TalosIntelligence.com and enter a domain reputation ticket.
But each Cisco client can configure their own instances (they're basically ESAs in the cloud), so it could be this specific recipient.

Thanks! I did that, waiting on a reply. it should say in the error code kicked back by the server where to go to request a delisting, you know like every other filtering service out there...
