HI Everyone,
we had a pair of ESA C300V on a cluster and it deployed on the cloud Virtual machine.
Last night, we moved ESA C300V from one cluster VM to another VM on cloud. but, after the ESA C300V moved to new cluster VM, the configuration cluster is gone and the serial number of both ESA is changed.
Does anyone know why this happened?

Hi. We had a similar situation yesterday with a C100V installation. Although it did not loose the configuration, the licenses were not present anymore. Just checked the VLN was the same as before using the command showlicense and re-applied the original licenses for it. It is all ok now. Not sure if this is the expected behaviour after all VM moves.

If you are referring to CES, the operations team through TAC would be able to help move over any configuration from older to newer appliances.
Migrating virtual appliances actually involves deploying new ones, so you would see a different serial number and would need to be reconfigured.
Configuration file can still be exported and imported between appliances as long as they are on the same Async OS version.
