Hello,
I have a question about message tracking, is my email sended or not?
Because it say delivered, but I have this message "Mail delivery client exited due to the maximum concurrency configuration". And the person on the other side tells me they didn't receive an email.
How should I interpret this tracking:

It was delivered, the receiving server gave you a confirmation code, the ID#
Now, if your security or other things are incorrect, their system could have quarantined it etc leaving the recipient to not see it. Their IT would have to search that ID# and see what happened to it.

But for my understanding, message is delivered at 03:59:10.
Why I have an error message after everything goes well? And this error message comes from my ESA or from the other side?

You would have to check, but in the HAT settings, there is a "Max. Concurrent Connections From a Single IP:" I'm guessing you exceeded that and it forced the connection closed.
