ESAv C100V CPU Usage

Hi,

a customer has a ESA Cluster of two C100V.

the CPU usage es overall very high ( 85% sometimes 100% ) but the Appliance does not seam busy.

Why ist the CPU average so high?

Some time this could be bug, what version of code, try upgrade and check ?

what is the best practice for an upgrade?

the step to 13.0. and then 13.5 or can I jump to 13.5 ?

12.5 is the stable version - i would suggest to keep Monitor - if this not effecting production environment,

if not you can upgrade suggested version - 13.5.1-277
