As per i know you can block to domain, since user will be used to send email to user@domain.com, not user@1.1.1.1

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

The destination host is determined after the message has been processed by the workqueue and sent to the delivery queue. So, we can't use a message filter or content filter to achieve what you want to do.

What you could do is create a new SMTP route that only includes the hosts that you want the messages delivered to. This would achieve what you are looking for. However, this does require you to modify the SMTP route any time the destination hosts change instead of relying on DNS.

I hope that helps!

If I want to block addresses that send spam, for example from a gmail account, but this house is also important, I cannot block forged messages.

How do I do that?
