Pending ticket for IP reputation

Hi, Since 25-Jun-2024 we had our IP with poor reputation in Talos, the IP/Domian is not listed in any RBL list and the SFP record is ok, I create a ticket the sae day but is still pending, the mails sent to destination with Cisco Filters are rejected, but no other destination have the same issue(google, M365, Yahoo, etc).

Why it took so ling to solve the issue, to review our IP and changes the reputation? We are using the same IP for an small company since 2014 without issues. We were never included in any RBL list.

Hi, Maybe someone read this, but we have a resolution but the resolution was UNCHANGED, We have less than 300 mail per day sent, all the days are the same.  Cisco doesn't provide evidence about this, just "Our worldwide sensor network indicates that spam originated from your IP." that's impossible in our infrastructure(vlans, UTM Firewalls, etc). And the only service that see us as spam is TalosIntellegent......
