Hi, Since 25-Jun-2024 we had our IP with poor reputation in Talos, the IP/Domian is not listed in any RBL list and the SFP record is ok, I create a ticket the sae day but is still pending, the mails sent to destination with Cisco Filters are rejected, but no other destination have the same issue(google, M365, Yahoo, etc).
Why it took so ling to solve the issue, to review our IP and changes the reputation? We are using the same IP for an small company since 2014 without issues. We were never included in any RBL list.
