Good Morning,
Our Cloud SMA was upgraded last night to ver 11.4. Love the new interface!! Just 1 question that I have. From the console, when attempting to open up the Spam Quarantine, it opens in a new tab and I have the option to "try the new look". When I click on that, it opens up a new tab and brings me right back to Spam Quarantine with the old look.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what was the solution to fix? I'm using the latest version of Chrome. I've also tried it in Edge and get the same results. Just thought that I would check here before opening a TAC on this.

Since there are no workarounds listed at this time, you may need to access the NGSMA page directly by adding /ng-sma to your existing SMA login URL and then access the spam quarantine from there.
