Hello,
As far as I have seen from the gui and from the documentation, there is no built in role -> read-only operator in difference with on-premise ESA in which the role exists.
I tried to create a custom user role that imitates the accesses that the read-only operator has but it seems it's not possible.
Any ideas? Is it even possible to create such a role on CES?

There are several enhancement requests surrounding this ask. CSCve03751 CSCvf15620 i was able to pull these.
Cloud Admins cannot view/create read-only users and its currently an expected behaviour

If you see the on-prem appliance versus CES, you will observe that there are no mail policies/content filters rights.
I believe it's a CES limitation.. but let me know what you think as well!
