Hey Guys,
we have set up S/MIME Encryption with a public key for the recipient domain. The public Key on our Secure Email Gateway (C300V) ist in clustermode, so for both instances in the cluster. Generally the encryption is working as expected, but for some reason there are ca 25% Emails which canĀ“t be encrypted. They are all going the same way to the outside. Error Message is:
(DCID 52965) Message 11444588 to [recipient-Domain] bounced by destination server. Reason: 5.x.0 - Message bounced by administrator (Message could not be S/MIME processed as the public keys were not found. Please contact your administrator.) ('000', [])
As i wrote, the public Key is normally working for 75% of the Emails but partially for 25% not.
Does anybody have the same issue?
