Safe List - do not accept the syntax - SMA/ESA

I'm trying to add senders to the safelist, and even following the examples in the user guide, the SMA doesn't accept it.

SMA Version: 13.8.1-052

it's a bug system in this version?

what is the outcome if you do only 1 domain ?

Its alert the same error. I used both just for example.

Its will be update to the last version on next week, but i didnt found any cisco documentation about this problem.
