Safe Unsubscribe – Banner customization possible?

Hello All,

We have some customers which are looking to customize the appearance of the Safe Unsubscribe banner that is inserted “automatically” by ESA when detecting a Graymail message and enabled for Safe Unsubscribe feature (as below).

Do you think it is possible to customize the look & feel of the above Unsubscribe message?

Hello,

This is currently not possible, but we do have an enhancement request that you can follow to keep an eye on when this feature may be added. You can also speak with your Account team to try and push a faster resolution of this particular enhancement if you feel it's something you wish to urgently see integrated.

Hello Dennis, 

I'm not really sure this is "solved" although the ticket might be.   We're a new user of CES and see this issue with the unsubscribe banner customization has been open for over a year.  I really think that any product with a war on spam and phishing like Cisco purports to its customers is something as fundamental as modifying banner text or moving a banner in the real estate of a page should be something acted upon. 

I've started a discussion at the enhancement feature page commented on over a year ago to see if something can happen.
