Safe unsubscribe is not always unsubscribing junk email.

We have the safe unsubscribe feature turned on our virtual ESA appliance and while some times when unsubscribing we are taken to a successful web page message, other times we are not.

I have many that just say Unsubscribing from xxxx@xxxx.com is in progress.  Wouldn't you know it never completes and I get junk mail from this sender weekly.

I also had some people report that they get an HTTP 500 page.

How can we get this to work?

Hello,

There are many variables that could be causing this behavior. We also have quite a few defects relating to Graymail and the Unsubscribe process. Due to this, I would recommend opening up a TAC case so that we can help investigate further.
