Safe Unsubscribe not working well

Has anyone noticed a big dropoff in the efficacy of the Safe Unsubscribe feature? It's always been pretty good but not perfect, but now nearly every time I just get '...in progress'. It's gotten unusable.

I've had this problem for over a year too! What a pain. I wouldn't mind being able to use the various unsubscribe options from each email over this. It just blocks nearly every attempt to unsubscribe from everything resulting in not being able to unsubscribe from anything!

Safe unsubscribe hasn't worked for me since at least last spring, and probably in the last year too. Complete garbage at this point.

Turns out it's a known bug. I just turned off the feature entirely. https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwm29335
