Good Morning,
We are currently using the Graylisting and Safe Unsubscribe for a test group of users currently. We are getting ready to deploy to everyone and a couple of questions have come up.
1. Is there a way to "whitelist" a particular address from being flagged for the Unsubscribe process? We have a couple of vendors that do Health Assessments for us and their emails are getting flagged.
2. If an email doesn't get flagged for the Unsubscribe process, is there a way to have this email review, similar to reporting Missed Spam or Ham?
Thanks,
Doug

The only method currently available to bypass graymail safe unsubscribe would be to add the sender email address/domain to a new incoming mail policy which has graymail unsubscribe disabled.
For an email that does not get flagged you can certainly open a TAC case with the sample and they can further submit it to Talos for investigation.

Libin
