safeprint, pdf and digital signature

Good Morning,
Does anyone know if there is a way to send a pdf through email with the safe print software running where it arrives as a live fillable pdf that can be digitally signed? Currently they arrive as a pdf with a safeprint watermark and are no longer fillable.

Nope. Safe print is a "printed picture" not a conversion of the document to pdf.

Yes, they send in email as a pdf and it arrives as a safeprint picture. I thought maybe there was a setting that could be adjusted.

Look at the policy and content filters. Is DEFAULT policy touched? Maybe you can add a own policy for sender and recipient without safe-print action.
