Since last week we have problems to deliver mails to some destinations which are checking senderbase, but not only mail is affected. Our website is also rated as poor...
I tried to contact cisco and ironport and everyone keeps telling me to go to senderbase.org. I've contacted the support e-mail several times and didn't got a response yet.
As we are an security company this isn't really funny. Is there anyone who can tell me why there is a poor rating?

Dennis,
Do you have an Ironport ESA on that IP? Zertificon.com seems to be a company that makes an SMTP Gateway/email security product. In other words, a direct competitor to Cisco/Ironport. If that is in fact the case, then I am not overly surprised that Cisco was reluctant to give you a lot of hand-holding.
"ask them kindly if they whitelist your domain"
This page has about all the information that anyone gets. Even if you were an Ironport ESA customer, they would probably work with you to help you improve your reputation, but I can tell you from experience that they do not just "whitelist" IPs because they have a -2.0 SBRS score.

You could also talk to ReturnPath about their solutions to help improve your delivery rates.

Hello Robert,
we are providing software for email encryption and have nothing todo with antispam/antivirus, therefore I wouldn't count us as an direct competitor
In the contrary I always recommended Ironport systems to customers who didn't have any professional as/av system. But due to the current situation that wont happen again in the future.
