since upgrade to 13.5.0 (277) - too many invalid recipients

we have upgraded our (4) C690 to async os 13.5.0.built 277. We run the same config like before. Now we get feedback about external senders with error "550 Too many invalid recipients" We have a MailFlow policy which "Max. Invalid Recipients Per Hour: 25" in DHAP settings. The value was 25 before also. 

My questions:

1. Do you know, why this happens now (and not before the upgrade)?

2. Which value do you use/recommend?

You run into a known issue/bug with this version :

CSCvv45646: DHAP handling on SBOs in 13.5 incorrectly matches SBOs instead of IDs.

For now the only workarounds are to either set DHAP limits to a very high number or disable DHAP in mail flow policies for now.

Hope that helps. Might need a ticket with TAC to add pressure for a fix.
