Hello,
I have a virtual SMA that has license assigned by cisco account "A".
It is time to renew.
I created a new account for the actual customer.
I registered the PAK and I would like to assign it to the virtual device.
I write the SN of the device but I do not have "Existing VLNA", and it fails.
Does anyone know what is the best to do in this case ?
Regards,
Konstantinos

You need to remove from old account and add to this account i guess to work.
you can not have 1 seriakl with 2 accounts as per my understand, contact license team, they can make quick changes for you.

VLN for devices with existing licenses can be checked using CLI command 'showlicense'.
I would recommend opening a TAC case with Cisco Licensing since we may not have experts with licensing tool access in the support forums.
