When new software for the ESA's  and SMAs comes out, what is the normal schedule for deploying it to hosted appliances?

With regard to the Hosted environments - upgrades are scheduled and performed according to Cisco RMS team's upgrade schedule.

Usually, they have these run through Q&A and a burn-in period before newer releases are implemented.  You would be best suited to open a dialog directly with ROS/Hosted.  They would be able to provide you a timeframe, based on which OS revision you are currently provisioned, and when they will upgrade your appliance(s).

Thanks.  It was just a general question.  If we have a need right away for something in an upcoming release, I'll contact ROS about it.
