Spam Notification And Trailblazer

Hi @All

shouldn't the links in the spam notification be generated depending on the trailblazer status?
trailblazer enabled = links https:\\sma.url:4431\reference-to-user-spam-quarantine
trailblazer disabled = links https:\sma.url\reference-to-user-spam-quarantine

It makes no difference whether trailblazer is enabled or disabled. The links in the spam notification always point to the old GUI.
A reference to the NextGen GUI is displayed at the bottom of the text. The given URL also works.

How can I make the links in the spam notification point to the NextGen GUI?

Best regards
Stefan

There are several reasons to include both and by default "release" always being pointed to the legacy UI. You may wanna contact TAC and have them raise an enhancement request.

I do remember there were a few enhancements requesting to remove the NGUI links within spam notification, but I don't think there were any asking to modify the release link when NGUI is enabled.

Thank you for the explanation.

So by design, the links in the spam notification always point to the legacy UI, regardless of whether trailblazer is enabled or disabled.

That's ok for me so far.

I initially thought we had a bug in the configuration of the spam notifications.
Our idea was that the links point to the legacy UI or the NextGen UI depending on the trailblazer status.
Now I know that this is not the case and there is no error.

Best regards
