Solved: SSH service is not working in ESAv

Hi Support team,

We are unable to connect our virtual IronPort server through putty - 22 port (SSH), but all other services are working fine like https, ftp, smtp and able to ping as well.

Kindly provide your assistance. Many thanks.

Hello,

Do you have SSH enabled on the interface you're trying to connect to? You can view this within the GUI by navigating to Network --> IP Interfaces --> Select the interface in question --> Make sure SSH is enabled. If it is already enabled, you may wish to try disabling it, submitting/comitting and then re-enabling it.
