I have logged into the CLI on on the Ironport VM and i am trying to run the network setup using the "systemsetup" command but it it not taking it command. Can someone please tell me what am i doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty sure you have to get a license file on it first...

Find your XML license for it. Open in Notepad copy the contents. Then on the ESAv enter "loadlicense" and paste in the file. Hit enter, then CtrlD ( I think. It will tell you)
Then you can run systemsetup.

I will try that tomorrow. Thank you for your prompt response.

Regards,

Lake

Did you install the virtual licenses first ?

No, I don't have a license yet. I have opened a case with Cisco to help me with the license issue. I truly appreciate all the help from this forum.

Thanks,

Lake
