Hi,
This type of application faults (containing 'Aquarium screenLoop') are often caused by submitting multiple page requests in quick succession (e.g.: double click on a button or hyperlink) or it is be generated when someone has the WEB UI left open from the previous day, then goes to the same browser and continues working. Sometimes, it is also triggered by opening not actual bookmark. This is documented in the following article:

It is not intrusive and safe to be ignored.
